1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using RR Institute's services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Course Enrollment

• Students must provide accurate information during registration
• Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by RR Institute
• Course fees must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule
• Students must maintain regular attendance (minimum 75% required)

3. Payment Terms

• Course fees are non-refundable after 7 days of enrollment
• Payment can be made via cash, bank transfer, or online payment
• Installment plans are available for select courses
• Late payment may result in suspension of access to classes

4. Student Responsibilities

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes regularly and punctually
• Complete assignments and projects on time
• Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students
• Maintain the institute's property and equipment
• Follow the institute's code of conduct

5. Certification

• Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course
• Students must complete all assignments and pass the final assessment
• Minimum 75% attendance is required for certification
• Duplicate certificates may be issued for a nominal fee

6. Visa Consultancy Services

• We provide guidance and assistance for visa applications
• Visa approval is subject to the decision of immigration authorities
• We do not guarantee visa approval
• Consultancy fees are separate from government visa fees

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including notes, presentations, and software, are the intellectual property of RR Institute. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or sell these materials without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RR Institute shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the student.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for violation of these terms, non-payment, or misconduct. In such cases, fees will not be refunded.

10. Changes to Terms

RR Institute reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Students will be notified of significant changes via email or website notification.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnal, Haryana.
